The Pods- camping without the tent

Shower and Toilet unit walking distance – with out side basic camp kitchen.

The Pods are dry units with Electric, they have the use of a toilet and electric shower, along with a small camp kitchen.
Pod 2 & 3 are a little larger with a small double bed, single bed and a single sofa bed. – Again a dry unit with power and use of shower and toilet pod.

Prices based on 2 people, extra guests in Pod 2 & 3 £15 per head per night

Breakfast is also extra at £15 per person per day

Higher Shippen Self-Catering – Based on 6 people

£300 per night – minimum stay 2 nights Based on 6 people
Changeover days – Friday and Monday.
7 Night – Friday to Friday.
4 Night – Monday to Friday.
3 Night – Friday to Monday.

Extra person per night – (Max 2 extra) : £50.00

Christmas and New Year for up to 8 people: £6,000 per week – Flexible changeover dates. PLEASE CALL TO BOOK – this includes wood and Christmas tree Decorated, and welcome basket of Christmas goodies

Payment Terms

Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast, single night stay payment due in full.

2 night or more stay 50% deposit of total stay.

The Pods payment in full on booking Please.

Higher Shippen 50% deposit of Total Stay is due on booking along with £500 damage bond, balance due 6 weeks before commencement of stay. Full payment on booking if less than 7 weeks before stay.

Winter months: October-March includes 1 load of wood for the wood burner. Central heating charge of £100 per week.

Damage bond (£500) to be returned 1 week after stay less any deductions. (This is our Insurance Excess)
